It supports popular cards like Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, and Steam, while also allowing users to buy, sell, and swap cryptocurrencies. Designed for both beginners and experienced users, the platform combines ease of use with robust security,

Challenges

Designing Petr-X came with several challenges. Building user trust in financial transactions meant that the interface had to be clean, transparent, and reassuring. I also had to design for varying levels of digital and financial literacy, ensuring that both novice and advanced users could easily navigate the platform. Lastly, aligning user needs with business goals while maintaining performance across mobile and desktop screens required continuous iteration and testing.

Deliverables

My responsibilities on the project included conducting user research, mapping user flows, and developing wireframes and prototypes . High-fidelity UI mockups were delivered along with a clickable prototype for usability testing. I also collaborated closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth handoff using Figma components and detailed design specs.

Result

The final design resulted in a clean, intuitive, and trustworthy platform. User testing showed a significant improvement in navigation success rates, with first-time users completing key actions (like card redemption or crypto trades) faster and with fewer errors. Overall, the design helped establish Petr-X as a reliable and efficient tool for digital value exchange.
